My Toffee Apple Crumble Cake

I recently created a new cake, My Toffee Apple Crumble Cake! Apple, oats, caramel, cinnamon, sultanas…these are all ingredients that were sent down to earth to act as a winter warmer for us humans. Everyone knows that Apples and Cinnamon are married to each other, and if you didn’t know that you do now! My Toffee Apple Crumble Cake is amazingly moist, and packed munificently with apples, drizzled with a soft caramel sauce, glazed and then topped with more chewy caramel and last but by no means least, a handful of homemade oat cluster crumble sprinkled on top. The cake made me feel pure warmth from within and a satisfactory feeling of a good old fashioned cake was felt.
